Step 1

You need to start cooking food by preparing the sauce in which the turkey will be baked. To do this, take an orange. Wash it thoroughly. Next, cut the fruit in half. After that, using a juicer (ordinary, manual will do), you need to squeeze out the juice.

Send a saucepan with a little water to the stove (about half the size of orange juice). Add your favorite spices there. For example, turmeric, dried herbs, dried garlic, and onions are great. Then pour into a saucepan and squeezed orange juice. Simmer the sauce for five to ten minutes over low heat.
