Step-by-step instruction
Chicken with quince is a meat stew with a healthy side dish. Chicken meat contains many useful substances: vitamins (C, E, A, group B), micro- and macroelements (magnesium, sodium, chlorine, iron, zinc, potassium and others), amino acids. But there are practically no carbohydrates and cholesterol.
There is very little fat in chicken, so it is an excellent dietary option for those who are losing weight and athletes, allowing you to feel full and forget about hunger for a long time.
Quince is similar to an apple, but it is especially tasty after heat treatment, as it becomes sweet and soft, losing astringency. The fruit is a dietary product, which contains no fat, cholesterol and practically no sodium. Among the useful properties are anti-inflammatory (regular use is a guarantee of increased immunity), dietary (the fruit contains dietary fiber that helps to reduce weight), antioxidant (polyphenols contained in the composition block free radicals, slowing down the aging process), and the fruit helps to improve the work of the digestive tract and the health of the nervous system.
