Servings Per Container: 6 Servings.
Step-by-step instruction
Yogurt sauce with herbs is a delicious addition to any meat or fish dish. In this photo step-by-step recipe, the sauce is made at home using a blender. The composition includes young garlic, a large amount of fresh herbs and necessarily natural yogurt without any flavors and flavorings.
Ideally, the sauce should be made from yogurt of our own production, since in this case people who adhere to healthy and sports nutrition will be able to supplement their dishes with such a dressing.
If you don't have a blender, you can use a mortar and garlic press to make the sauce. Garlic must first be passed through a press, and then thoroughly knead in a mortar along with chopped herbs. Then transfer to a bowl and mix thoroughly with lightly whipped yogurt.
