Jogging is one of the best ways to lose weight. However, in order for weight loss to be effective, as well as not to harm the body, you need to know how to eat right before and after running for weight loss.
It is very important to understand that fat is burned best at a heart rate of 65-80 percent of your maximum. If you run in other heart rate zones, then fat will be burned worse. 65-80 percent of your maximum heart rate is either a slow run or a stride if you have heart problems.
But the bottom line is that in addition to simply burning fat during training, you also need to train the body so that it does this as efficiently as possible. Therefore, running a fartlek is also very important for losing weight.
