Who and how can create a DH?
The procedure for creating a CT is approved by an order issued by the Ministry of Sports of Russia dated 12.21.2015 under number 1219. You can find the regulation on the TRP testing center on the official portal, on the website of the Ministry of Sports or in the public domain on the network.
To create a VU, an exact correspondence to all points of the regulation is necessary:
- Exclusively non-profit organization;

- The decision to establish is formalized by the relevant legal acts of the founder, copies of which must be sent to the Ministry;
- Financial support is made at the expense of its own funds, the founder's money and other material resources received in accordance with the norms of the country's legislation;
- Reorganization and liquidation, as well as the management structure, the schedule of events and the procedure for the distribution of property are carried out and established by the founder in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
