Having decided to work out in the gym, many buy a sports uniform, a bag, a subscription and come to their first workout. And very often you have to observe the confused look of a beginner, who does not know where to start. Many people hesitate to ask more experienced athletes, and not everyone will immediately guess to “google” on the Internet.
Of course, as I already wrote, each lesson should be started with a warm-up... But training generally inherits to begin with the definition of specific goals and objectives. Why did you come to the gym? What do you want to achieve? Why are you ready to follow a clear schedule and schedule? Until you answer these questions for yourself, your workouts will be completely haphazard and ineffective. And, quite likely, without seeing a tangible result, you will soon give up classes halfway.
Naturally, the gym is primarily associated with bodybuilding and bodybuilding, this is a formed stereotype. And the overwhelming majority of novice athletes, having started to exercise, want to become like famous bodybuilders, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, for example.
If you are not overweight and do not tend to be overweight, then before "pumping bituha", do high-intensity workouts and use a lot of exercises, you need to quickly gain muscle mass. Because muscle mass is the foundation, the foundation of everything in bodybuilding. And it is increased primarily by the basic training program for mass and strength. Without a "base" you can eat protein in buckets - there will be no sense. But any athlete will tell you that a competent combination of the correct program, adherence to the regime and high-quality sports nutrition will definitely give a result in the near future.
There are people who, on the contrary, at the initial stage need to get rid of excess weight, lose a little (and for some, significantly), and only after that, having successfully passed this stage, work on a set of high-quality muscle mass. Of course, this is not done in a month or two, as many people think. Unfortunately, you won't be able to lose weight and “pump up” by summer. But, if you work hard, do not quit training and do not miss, then everything will definitely work out. And in this case, you first also need a properly designed training program with an emphasis on stress, which helps to effectively burn fat.
Someone wants to lose weight, someone, on the contrary, wants to get better, someone wants to focus on strength training, and someone needs a beautiful body. And in each individual case, you definitely need a special, thoughtful and calculated training system and an appropriate diet. Just coming to the gym and doing a little work without a clear understanding of what and why you are doing is a completely pointless waste of time.
If you have a goal, there is a program to achieve the goal, there is a means to an end, there is perseverance and you act, then there will definitely be a result. If none of the above is present, then there will be no result, no matter how you dream about it.
Stubbornly go to your goal, play sports and be healthy!
