The advantage of avocado is that it is a dietary fruit (yes, it is a fruit), but at the same time filling. It is better to refuse such a diet for children, adolescents, and pregnant women.

Avocados contain the so-called L-carnitine, a substance that accelerates the metabolism and processing of fats. The fruit is rich in micronutrients, in particular - vitamin E, which is often recommended for women to maintain tone and beauty, potassium - normalizes the pressure and work of the heart muscle.
In addition to useful elements, the high value of the fruit lies in the fact that it lowers the level of bad cholesterol and prevents the formation of plaques, strengthening blood vessels. The avocado diet is not accompanied by a drop in performance, which is common with dietary restrictions.

How to choose a fruit?

Be sure to drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters per day!
Exiting the diet
To maintain the result of weight loss and prevent weight gain, you need to follow the following rules:
- You need to leave the diet gradually, about 14 days. We increase the calorie content of food by 200 Kcal after the first three days, and after another week we increase it by the same amount. As a result, it should be 1700-2100 Kcal (depending on body weight).
- The first two days you need to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, vegetable stew is allowed.
- The way out is better combined with the use of multivitamins.
Meals before bedtime are excluded. Dinner should be at least 3 hours before bedtime.
All meals should be evenly spaced over time. You need to eat without haste, gradually chewing - this contributes to a better assimilation of foods.
