Olimp Mega Caps comes in three forms: Creatine 1250, Kre-Alkalyn 2500 and TCM 1100. The first two are based on creatine monohydrate. And the third dietary supplement contains pure 3-creatine malate. Both malate and monohydrate are well-known forms of creatine. Among the advantages of the former, manufacturers often list better water solubility, fewer side effects and increased endurance due to the presence of malic acid.
