Biotin is a water-soluble and 100% assimilable vitamin that participates in basic biochemical processes in cells, assists in the absorption of other B vitamins, and stimulates the processing of fatty acids and energy production. It stabilizes the production of sebum, has a beneficial effect on the epidermis and all layers of the skin.
A healthy body gets the required amount of biotin from food. In addition, it is synthesized in a normally functioning intestine. But it does not possess the property of accumulation in tissues or organs. Therefore, there may be a lack of this vital compound. This is facilitated by a monotonous diet, long-term antibiotic treatment, or taking anticonvulsant drugs. Solgar's Biotin supplement helps eliminate the deficiency.
The balanced composition of natural ingredients and various dosage options allow, depending on the stage of vitamin deficiency, to choose the best option for effective normalization of the body's condition.
