Release form
MSM supplement is available in two versions: powder or capsule.
- A package (1000 mg) with capsules can contain 120 or 240 pieces.
- The powder can be purchased in 227 or 454 grams.
Composition and application of capsules
The daily rate of MSM is compensated from 2 capsules. They contain 2 grams of MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane or methylsulfonylmethane). Additional ingredients: gelatin (capsule), stearic acid and magnesium stearate. It is recommended to consume no more than 2 capsules per day with meals.
Powder composition and application
1.8 grams of powder contains 1800 mg MSM. You should take no more than two teaspoons of the supplement per day, divided into 2 doses and previously dissolved in a glass of water.
Contraindications
The supplement is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women and children under 18 years of age. It is not a medicine. Individual intolerance to the components is possible.
