Step 1
First you need to prepare a mix of greens and fresh vegetables. Take green onions, dill and parsley, rinse them under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Now finely chop all the greens and transfer to a deep bowl.

Now take a tomato, wash it and cut it into small cubes. Choose a dense and not overripe vegetable, since after cutting the tomato should keep its shape. Send the tomato to the bowl with the herbs. Take seven gherkins out of the jar and cut them into small pieces: these spicy cucumbers will make the dish very original. Peel the garlic clove and pass through a press. Wash the cod fillet, blot to remove excess moisture and transfer to the prepared form. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste, then brush with sour cream. Now place the prepared mix of vegetables, herbs and nuts on top of the cod fillet. Spread evenly over the entire surface of the fish.

Place the container in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 10 minutes, lower the temperature to 170 degrees so that the fish languishes.
