A simple step-by-step recipe with a photo of making delicious pasta with vegetables in Italian is described below.

Servings Per Container: 2 Servings.

Step-by-step instruction

Italian-style pasta with vegetables is a delicious dish that is easy to cook with your own hands at home. The pasta for cooking must be taken from whole grain flour, such as farfalle or any other form of your choice.

Sunflower seeds can be replaced with linseed seeds. Any spices other than those indicated can be used, including Italian herbs. Arugula must be taken fresh, without dry tips and damaged leaves.

For cooking, you will need a recipe with step by step photos, all of the listed ingredients, a saucepan, a frying pan and 20 minutes of time.

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients you need and place in front of you on your work surface. Separate the required amount of olives and place in a separate container to drain the liquid. Rinse the sunflower seeds and also leave to dry in a separate plate. The butter should be soft, so remove the food from the refrigerator and when softened, mash with a fork.

Step 4

Take olives and cut into thin slices. Choose the number of olives based on your taste preferences, but on average there are 3-4 things per serving.

Step 5

Fill a saucepan with water, the volume of liquid should be twice as much as the paste. When the water boils, add the sea salt and black peppercorns. You can also add other spices of your choice. Add pasta, cook for a few minutes (3-5) after the water starts to boil again. The inside of the paste should remain a little firm, so the bows will hold their shape.

Step 6

Take a frying pan and place it on the stove. Place some butter and chopped garlic on the bottom. After a minute, add arugula and cherry tomatoes. Only lightly heat the ingredients, so stir well and remove the pan from the stove after a minute. Place a serving of pasta in a plate and season with steamed vegetables in butter. Delicious Italian pasta with vegetables is ready, serve hot. Can be sprinkled with a thin layer of grated hard cheese. Enjoy your meal!
