A stuffed omelet in a frying pan is a delicious dish that is served in the form of a roll with cheese inside. For vegetables, you will need a celery stalk, a green part of a leek, a ripe red tomato and a bell pepper with herbs. Wheat flour can be substituted with potato starch to give the omelet a thicker texture. You can serve scrambled eggs without hard cheese filling.

Cooking is carried out in butter. To prepare a dish, you will need a non-stick frying pan, recipe with step-by-step photos, a scoop, and a mixer or whisk. Preparation takes 5-7 minutes, and cooking itself takes about 20 minutes.

Step 1

Take a mixer container or any deep bowl, break 4 pre-washed eggs. Using a mixer or whisk, begin beating the eggs at medium speed, gradually pouring in the milk in a thin stream. Then add a pinch of salt and some black pepper. Lastly, add a little flour. The consistency should be uniform, without lumps.

Step 2

Wash the tomato, bell pepper, herbs, mushrooms, leeks and celery. Peel the seeds from the pepper, remove the dense villi from the celery, cut the dense base from the tomato. Cut all products into small pieces of approximately the same size. For leeks, use the bottom. Take a frying pan and fry the chopped mushrooms in butter, lightly salting. When the mushrooms are almost ready, add the chopped vegetables, pepper and continue to grill over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and place it on a plate to cool the vegetables and mushrooms to room temperature. If you add hot ingredients to the egg, it can curdle. When the piece has cooled down, add to the bowl with other foods and stir.

Take a ham or any sausage of your choice and cut into thin, oblong pieces. Add to other foods in a bowl and stir.

Place a dry frying pan on the stove (you do not need to grease with anything, since there is enough oil in the workpiece after frying the vegetables). When it warms up, use a ladle to pour out some of the egg mixture, spreading it evenly over the bottom.

When the omelet has set and a ruddy rim appears, turn over to the other side and fry for 1-2 minutes until fully cooked. At this time, cut the hard cheese into thin strips for the filling.
