It's best to use fresh tarragon to make lemonade, as it has more benefits. But, if there is no herb at home, you can try replacing the main ingredient with a dried one (the taste may not be as intense).

Step 1
First you need to prepare the tarragon. Rinse the herb under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Now you need to separate the leaves from the stem.

To make the drink tasty, you need to prepare the syrup. To do this, take a saucepan, pour 2 cups (500 milliliters) of water into it and add granulated sugar. Stir well and place on the stove over low heat.

When the syrup warms a little and the sugar dissolves, you can add the tarragon leaves to the saucepan. Products must be boiled for 5-7 minutes.
