Protein food, which includes some vegetables, dairy products, and some types of cereals, is digested for 2-3 hours. Therefore, if you have eaten such food, then running immediately will be extremely difficult, since the stomach will digest the food.

But at the same time, it is possible to replenish the supply of easily digestible carbohydrates in the body by taking fast carbohydrates, and start jogging within half an hour after eating.
