How to participate: all stages

The first step is registration:
- Open the official portal;
- Click the "Register" icon;
- Enter your email address and come up with a password, duplicate them;
- Fill out the form - enter your full name and contact information, upload a photo;
- Indicate your preferred sports;
- Complete the registration process.
The second step is authorization:
- Now you can enter your personal account using your password and login;
- After entering the LC, a unique identification number will appear;
- UIN is on the main page and consists of 11 numbers;
- The code includes the year of registration, serial number and region code of residence.
Third step:
- Return to your personal account;
- Click on the Test Centers tab;
- Select the region of residence in the drop-down menu;
- TRP testing centers in Moscow and the Moscow region will be displayed in a separate list;
- Click on the selected option to view contact information;
- Call the phone number and sign up for change.
Fourth step:
- Contact the local polyclinic;
- Go to the required doctors to obtain a medical certificate.
Fifth step:
- According to the schedule, show up for the delivery of the established standards;
- Do the exercises and get a confirmation record.
Finally, it remains to wait for the results to be received - the VU will inform you within 10-14 days from the end of the test. As you can see, it is not difficult to sign up for a TRP in Moscow through the website.
