A fruit smoothie is a healthy, dairy-free shake that you can make with a blender at home. A smoothie made with spinach, green apple, ripe kiwi, orange and almond juice is good for breakfast for people who play sports and adhere to proper nutrition (PP). This cocktail can be used for weight loss, as the natural acidity of the fruit will speed up metabolism and satisfy hunger. The specified amount of food is enough to make 2 smoothies. For this recipe, you need to use filtered water.
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients and equipment you need to make the smoothie and place in front of you on your work surface.

Step 2
Wash the apple under running water, remove the core and cut the fruit into cubes about 2-3 cm in size. Peel the kiwi and cut each fruit into 4 or 6 pieces, as in the photo.

Rinse the spinach thoroughly under running water, shave off excess moisture, or pat dry the herbs on a kitchen paper towel. Cut the leaves into small pieces of any size.

Place most of the spinach in a tall blender glass, top with chopped apples and kiwi.

Add almonds, juice from half an orange to the ingredients (be careful not to get seeds) and sprinkle with the remaining spinach. You can make a smoothie using either a hand blender or a chopper.

Mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass, and then add a little water and mix thoroughly. The degree of crushing of the fruit can be adjusted to suit your own preference.
